Tata Asset Management Limited is the Investment Manager to Tata Mutual Fund. Being part of the Tata group, it is known for its adherence to highest standards of ethics and fairness in all its business dealings. The company provides investment management, risk management and advisory services to institutional, intermediary and individual investors.

Program

The Program focuses on balanced approach of providing Inputs of relevant knowledge, developing skills and shaping required behaviours. Certification In Mutual Fund Advisory is an initiative taken by ITM Skills Academy in association with Tata Asset Management Limited (TAML) to nurture fresh talent. The program emphasis on imparting domain expertise and skill set in the field mutual fund sales.

1 Certification In Mutual Fund Advisory
2 Designation : Trainee
3 3 months Program (1 month classroom training + 2 months blended training)
4 Stipend of Rs.8,000/- per month for 3 months.
5 After successful completion of the training program, candidate will be absorbed by company as a Trainee with a fixed annual CTC of Rs. 2,40,000/-

Retail Sales

To meet & build relationship with Distributors/Investors
Provide prompt courteous and excellent service to all customers i.e (IFAs, NDs & Banks) and operate in accordance with the company’s code of conduct.
Provide Market/Product updates to Distributors/Investors
Responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales volume through the channels by continuous engagement with channel partners.
Implement distribution strategies for the channel.
Empanel distribution partners and manage relationships with them.
Conduct regular distributor engagement activities like morning / evening huddles and product / sales trainings.
Provide regular market feedback on competition and distributor activities.
Adherence to TCoC (Tata Code of Conduct)

Institutional Sales

Focus on new customer acquisition, relationship development with institutional distributors and increase AUM from these corporate relationships
Responsible for promoting and obtaining sales from institutional investors, high net worth individuals and Trusts.
Maintain a database as well as a relationship model, which covers periodic follow-ups as well as incremental share of wallet from the investor
Gather market intelligence for the product development process. 
Ensure all compliance parameters – internal and external are met with.
Adherence to TCoC (Tata Code of Conduct)

Eligibility

Indian Nationals.
Age: 20 to 26 years
Graduate from any stream with aggregate 60% and above.
Experience-0-3 years
NISM certification will be an added advantage

Duration

1 month Classroom training at ITM Campus.
2 months blended training comprising 3 days classroom training in ITM + 3 days On the Job training in respective Tata Asset Management Limited branch.

Fees Structure

The applicants have to pay the academy an amount of ₹25000/- along with applicable GST .The mentioned training fee is towards the training expense which would include lodging, boarding, food and training expenses for 3 months of training.
