We provide end-to-end solutions to our partners, from talent acquisition to specialized training and deployment of trained professionals.

Headquartered in Mumbai, ITM Skills Academy has delivery capabilities at across India, with dedicated fully residential training centers at Mumbai, Warangal, Noida, Raipur, Bangalore, Vadodara.

We have training development and content delivery capability, across the areas of Banking, Retail, Finance, Automobiles and Healthcare as per the specs required by client companies.

“Source-Train-Deploy” model

In this model, we work with Employers for their exact requirements and offer a full service

	Engage with the Employer’s HR and Training Managers to understand job profile and candidate profile, and draw up recruiting parameters and training curriculum. We run Train-the-trainers program and train-the recruiters program with Client’s Experts so that our recruiters and trainers are in sync with client company’s culture and expectations
	Recruit required numbers with our country-wide sourcing teams.
	Train in one or more of our Training Academies spread across India in Greater NOIDA, Raipur, Vadodara, Nagpur, Warangal, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Nellore, and Vijayawada etc in fully residential mode.
	Deploy trained and tested candidates to the workplace.

NSDC Partnership

On 20th January 2016, we have signed the agreement with NSDC to become a Training Partner, and thus have access to over 4500 Qualification Packs developed by all the SSCs. With this step ITM ETPL journey into accredited Vocational Training has reached stage where ETPL can play a stellar role in “Skill India, Make in India” National Objective laid out by our PM Sri Narendra Modi Ji.
