PERSONAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
At ITM IDM, we are committed to helping students smoothly transition from academia
to the corporate world by equipping them with essential skills for success. Our
curriculum is thoughtfully designed to enhance soft skills, team collaboration,
cross-cultural awareness, and technical proficiency in MS Office. We emphasize
public speaking, email, presentation skills, and preparation of Group Discussion &
Personal Interview (GDPI).
Our experienced faculty, experts in soft skills,

We offer 30 hours of comprehensive soft-skills training sessions each year, tailored
to recruitment processes. These sessions go beyond interview preparation, covering
crucial areas such as cultural sensitivity, resume building, video presentations,
and case-based group discussions.

BECOME AN ENTREPRENEUR
At ITM IDM, we understand that only some students aim to pursue a job after graduation. Many aspire to build their start-ups and embark on an entrepreneurial journey. We offer a dedicated entrepreneurship course to support these ambitions, which guides students through developing their business ventures. Over four years, students are provided with the tools and knowledge needed to transform innovative ideas into viable startups. Our program emphasizes practical learning, allowing students to craft detailed business plans, devise go-to-market strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
As part of this curriculum, students present their business plans to a formal jury of industry experts and mentors. This presentation is a key milestone, offering valuable, rigorous feedback on every aspect of their venture. The assessment covers all critical areas, from financial planning to market strategy, ensuring that students refine their ideas and are fully prepared to launch their startups in the real world. Our focus on entrepreneurship equips aspiring founders with the skills, confidence, and insights needed to succeed in today’s competitive business landscape.
