About Diploma in Patisserie and Confectionery
ITM IHM’s Diploma Program in Patisserie and Confectionery program is a call out for all aspiring bakers wanting to leave a lasting impression in the minds of all with their exquisite desserts, pastries, and confections. This is a 1-year, part-time diploma program designed to help students become masters at baking.
During this 1-year program, we train students giving them a thorough understanding of different baking techniques. We also introduce them to a wide range of ingredients used in baking. By the end of this diploma program, our students will be well-versed in everything from designing and decorating to icing, allowing their creative culinary vision to come to life. While desserts have been a part of our meals for decades, the demand for creative and custom-made desserts is increasing day by day.

Eligibility and How to Apply
Candidates must have passed 10th from a recognized university/board.
Candidates are selected based on their overall skills, from academic performance to grooming, general awareness, and involvement in co-curricular activities. They will undergo a personal interview session and be evaluated based on their overall performance. Each criterion is very important to getting selected for the program.
The selection process results will be communicated to candidates and their parents on the day of the personal interview round.
