The ITM MBA đť’ŠConnect is a two-year, full-time program that provides practical experience and substantial industry engagement. Unlike conventional MBA programs that often emphasize theoretical learning, this program centers on hands-on experiences such as internships, live projects, and real-world case studies. Students are assessed based on their performance in these practical activities, including internships, a capstone project, industry visits to the UAE, Malaysia, Singapore, and Europe, and their application of knowledge through case studies rather than traditional written exams.

In the second term, students can specialize in one of ten globally recognized fields, each accompanied by Industry-Required Value Added Certifications to enhance career preparedness. Specialization options include Mainstream Specializations such as Marketing Management, International Business, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Finance. The New-Age Specializations include Financial Services, FinTech, Digital Marketing and Media Management, Business Analytics, and Retail Management & E-Commerce.

The program also integrates over 35 professional certifications in high-demand fields, providing students a distinct advantage in the competitive job market.
