BBA đť’ŠConnect 2025-27
The ITM BBA 𝒊Connect is a 3-year, full-time program (with an optional 4th year to obtain a BBA Honors degree) rooted in practical, hands-on learning. Unlike the traditional BBA focused on theoretical learning in the classroom, this program is hands-on, with a strong emphasis on industry connect and experiential learning. You will not be evaluated on written exams but based on your performance in both your internships, the capstone project, your participation in industrial industry visits in Singapore and Dubai, the application of your knowledge in case studies and your overall readiness to face the real world.

Whether it’s through internships, live case studies, or industry visits, you’ll learn not just by listening but by doing. We move beyond traditional classroom settings, encouraging you to apply your knowledge in real business environments, solve industry challenges, and work alongside professionals to understand the nuances of the business world.
This hands-on approach ensures that you aren’t just passively absorbing information but actively engaging with it. Students can specialize in one of three fields tailored to industry demand and future job prospects. The specializations include Business Analytics, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, and Finance & Banking. These specializations are recognized for their substantial industry potential and promising career opportunities.
20+ Professional Certifications, typically taken by industry professionals for career advancement, are offered within each specialization to ensure students are ready to hit the ground running when they finally join the industry. These high-value certifications are offered based on the chosen specialization and come at no extra cost to the students.
The Business Analytics specialization at ITM Business School focuses on developing students' expertise in analyzing complex data to drive strategic business decisions. The course covers essential topics such as data visualization, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and the use of advanced analytics tools. Students are trained to interpret data effectively, apply analytical methodologies, and generate actionable insights that inform business strategies. On-Campus Start-Up Incubator with 1 Cr. Seed Funding
The On-Campus Startup Incubator provides students with access to resources to develop their start-up ideas. Events such as hackathons, industry masterclasses, participation in industry conferences and events, mentorship boot camps, etc., ensure that ideas grow beyond a business plan and feasibility study to an actual start-up. The institute offers up to 1 Cr. annually of financial support to promising startups.
6-Month Industry Internship
All students undergo a mandatory 6-month internship, a 2-week NGO internship, and a 3-month Capstone Project. The program includes 6 International and 8 National Industry Visits. Students work on 10 live projects and case studies. This real-world work experience and networking with industry are invaluable at the time of final placement.
Personal Professional Development
As an integral part of the program, students participate in 300+ hours of soft skills training to prepare them for real-world situations in Presentation Skills, Corporate Communication, Public Speaking, Technical skills, MS Office, Personal Interview Skills, etc.
Student Festivals and Campus Events
ITM Business School students host various events throughout the year - one of the most popular is the U-Fest. Several clubs are completely student-driven. In 2024, new annual events like a Hackathon and Saturday MeetUps have been introduced to enrich the calendar further.

Entrepreneurship as a career option
On campus start-up business incubator
Not everyone wants to take up a job at the end of the program. Some want to build their
start-up! Our On-Campus Business Start-up Incubator provides students with access to
resources
to develop their start-up ideas. Students may opt to work on their Startup idea instead of
taking up the 5-month Internship. ITM has a vast array of talent in Tech, Design, Finance
and
supply chain fields among others, and Incubatees will have access to their time and
knowledge.
Events such as hackathons, industry masterclasses, business conferences, start-up boot
camps,
and yatras ensure that ideas grow beyond a business plan and feasibility study into an
actual
start-up.
Incubation process
Idea
Interested students develop an idea for a product or service and document it.
Pitch
Ideas are developed into a business plan and presented to an internal committee. If the idea has merit and is selected, it moves to the next stage.
Prototype Support
Students get support from faculty and industry mentors to build a prototype.
Incubation
At this stage, the idea matures into a business and takes anywhere between 3 to 6 months to develop its metrics and profitability.
Funding
ITM Business School has set up a seed fund of INR 10,000,000 to fund qualifying start-ups within the incubator. Angel investment and VC networking opportunities are provided, too.
Degree Awarded
On successful completion of the program you will be awarded the degree of “Bacelor of Business Administration”, by ITM SKILLS University, a UGC Approved, private skills University incorporated under the government of Maharashtra.
Life on Campus
Nestled in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, a thriving "Smart City" and hub of global financial activities, our technologically advanced and Wi-Fi-enabled green campus provides an ideal backdrop for academic and professional growth. We recently updated the campus infrastructure and have brand-new interactive air-conditioned classrooms, video conferencing facilities, an auditorium, and specialized labs. Our campus has plenty of green open spaces, an amphitheater, etc. We provide our students access to the latest software and digital libraries. Eligibility and How to Apply
Candidates must have passed 10+2 from any recognized board or have passed any equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks. Students who have not yet appeared for the 12th final exams may also apply. Students from any stream, i.e., Science, Commerce, or Arts, are eligible to apply for the BBA 𝒊Connect program.

Apply for a Scholarship
We believe in providing equal opportunity to students from all backgrounds. At the ITM Business
School, we offer Scholarships to deserving candidates who have shown exceptional academic,
social, cultural, or personal achievements and whose financial circumstances are insufficient to
cover the costs of the BBA program. These scholarships may include full or partial waivers of
academic fees and other expenses, decided solely by the Scholarship Committee.
Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% in their 10th, 12th, and undergraduate studies.
Students who have completed their first and second years of graduation with an overall 60% are
also eligible to apply.
ITM Business School conducts the iSET scholarship test, which will be held in December 2024/January 2025
ITM Business School conducts the iSET scholarship test, typically held in the last week of
January or the first week of February. The iSET test assesses students on Aptitude, Logical
Reasoning, Verbal Skills, and Data Interpretation. The list of meritorious students eligible for
scholarships will be announced one week after the test is successfully completed. Selected
students must complete the admission process, which includes participating in the Case Analysis
round and the Personal Interview, before being awarded the scholarship.
With over 2000 students participating each year, the test offers scholarships totalling Rs. 2
Crore (subject to students fulfilling terms of merit).
