In yet another successful event organised by the HR department of ITM Business School, Kharghar, 189 graduate students from various colleges attended an engaging Discussion and Workshop under the titles “Millennials as the torch bearers of business transformation” & “In search of your North Star” respectively.
The panel was adorned by eminent panelists like, Mr.Arun Rao, Ms. Neha Srivastava, Mr.Indraneel Choudhary, Mr.Alan Goodwyn, Mr. Umesh Malik, and Mr. Neel Ramesh, engaged in an intelligent discussion on the role of the new generation millennials in the changing business scenario.
The discussion was followed by the workshop organised by our HR faculty members, emphasized on the key role played by leadership, motivation, attitude, personality, conflict handling capabilities and perceptions in achieving excellence.
The event was organised on 25th January 2020 at our Kharghar Campus, participated by students from different colleges of Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.
