Role of Operation in BFSI Sector - An insightful guest session with Mr.Alok Sheopurkar, VP & Head-HR, HDFC Asset Management Company
Operation is an important cog in the wheel of organisational mechanism. Organisational success, to a great extent, depends upon efficient operational management. But, often, students don’t have much clarity on the roles that Operation professionals play in the BFSI sector. This event, organised by the Operation and SCM department of ITM B-school shed light on this aspect.

Most students avoid joining the BFSI sector, post their graduation, because of lack of clarity in the nature of services offered, job roles, growth prospects etc. This event was an eye opener for them to explore new career avenues in it.
