What the law gives towards women empowerment was the first point of discussion. Education plays the best form of empowerment where children are also taught about the “Good Touch Bad Touch.” Boys must stay in their boundries and should know what is right and what is not.

Women’s existence in Insurance industry as Sensitising Manager and many more are most impactful for women. There is an women forum which have women for women.

The discussion also focused on: What is the position and work culture in Multinational Companies and the cross-culture perspectives. As all the culture follows the rule of “Content is the King” now women are trying to change the rule and context to “Content is Queen”. Women is proved as the most dedicated being because if a woman wants to do, she will do it. Skills is the major thing that make you noticed and every woman have those skills inside them.

In work environment no one needs support. As people are now-a-days following the trend of Nuclear family, men are also sharing the load with women. They work with collaboration and deliver the best.

There was also an estimation of how verbal molestation statistics is counted. In comparison to India and other countries, women get respected what they do in western country. There is process of inclusion and diversity which works hand in hand for women today.

There was also a major section of discussion where. The women who joins organization after taking a break. Organizations are there who motivate women like who comes after break by hiring them and giving them the fair chance to fly high and showcase their talent. Companies are hiring women who have the right attitude towards work. And there are companies who have 90% females and are in their 2nd inning in the career.

Priyakshi being asked on how women are related with mythological characters to modern time?  She started with narrating a poem whose two lines are: “Suno dropati sastra uthalo Ab govind na aalo.”

Discussion was on the discrimination that is happening from the mythological characters like Rama, Krishna the male dominating factors but not about Surpanakha as female power. The seeds that has been put inside us since our childhood with examples like Rama goes out to work and Sita cooks food from small children books which clearly depicts about the men as the working person and female as housewife only. These stereotypes must be removed from the books of small children where they will understand the changing world.

So, the panel discussion came to an end by promising the fact that if a woman will stand for a woman then she will definitely reach the height.

When one-woman shines, she opens the door for 10 more women. We should complement each other in the society as together we have to achieve everything because SHE has the urge in her struggle to try at her best and overcome the voice of fear.
