Aadhar Housing Finance in collaboration with ITM - Edutech Training Pvt. Ltd, offers a course in “Post Graduate Program in Housing Finance” The program has been designed to attract bright young graduates who want to build a career in retail banking sales. The course curriculum has been designed by AHFL to groom aspirants for taking over the front line sales function in housing loan. Selection Process is currently in progress.
Post Graduate Program in Housing Finance (PGPHF)
This is an Initiative of Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. (AHFL) in partnership with ITM Edutech Training Private Limited. The Training program aims to attract young talent who wish to pursue a career in housing finance. It is one year training program designed to develop a pool of managers with housing finance knowledge and required skill-sets to perform efficiently in their day-to-day activities. The program will impart knowledge and allow talented students to develop industry-relevant skill sets across various functions such as business development, credit, operations, collections and general management.

The faculty is trained not only by subject matter experts from Aadhar Housing Finance Limited but also by experts from the industry. | |
A cashless bridge in the form of a loan is provided to all participants to fund the cost of the program. | |
During 6 months Training, candidate will be paid monthly Rs. 5000/- as Education Grant to meet basic expenses. | |
During 6 months Internship, candidate will be paid monthly Rs. 15,000/- as Stipend. | |
On successful completion of the program, candidates will be absorbed by Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. as Branch Sales Manager with a consolidated annual fixed CTC of Rs. 3,50,000/- | |
After completion of 1 Year, candidate will be given pathway to ITM University’s MBA to complete Masters while working at Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. |

Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting the sales targets of the branch through effective planning and productivity management of the team. | Recruitment of highly motivated sales executives (DST’s), ensure that all subordinates are adequately trained on the Products, Processes and Sales Process. | Ensuring high levels of engagement for effective pre/ post customer service. l Ensure existing customers pay EMI on time. |
Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for the identification, marketing, promotional activities, business channel development in existing and new territory/market, regular engagement with developers (APS) & channel partners for the lead generation. | Ensure and monitor that Sales Executives have adequate sales pipeline to generate targeted business. | Resolving customer complaints & following up with respective department for resolution of customer complaint cases. |
