Eligibility


If you FULFILL ALL the below mentioned criteria, you will be eligible for Selection Process.


Under-Graduate/Graduate/Post-Graduate from any stream.
Experience: 0-3 years
Age should not be more than 28 years as on training start date.

Roles & Responsibilities


Visit locations to meet the identified customers for appraisal of the loan proposal
Monitoring the activities of the Sales Officers at all locations and ensure regular flow of business
Motivating the sourcing agents at all locations regularly to ensure steady flow of business from major sourcing channels.
Planning marketing activities of the locations with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis.
Monitoring productivity of the Sales Officers and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis.
Handling chronic / delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action for settlement / closure of the loan.

Major Deliverables

Selling Home Loan/ Insurance Products and any other product introduced by MOHFL.
Generate Leads From Builder and Other Sources. Assisting Team Manager in developing Tie Ups with Builders.
Working with team and give inputs to improvise the process on an ongoing basis

Specialized Job Competencies

Understanding the Home loan market
Basic Knowledge on Finance
Knowledge about regulatory aspect of home loan business
Good communication and networking skills

Compensation & Benefits


On successful completion of 3-month classroom residential training candidates will go under 3-month On the Job Training (OJT) with Motilal Oswal Home Finance Ltd. and during OJT candidate will get stipend of Rs. 10,000/- per month.
On successful completion of 6-month training program candidates will be absorbed by Motilal Oswal Home Finance Ltd. as discussed above at an annual fixed CTC of Rs. 2,30,000/- + Incentives.

Fee


The training program fee is Rs. 95,000/- all Inclusive, which includes all the expenses like travelling (to & fro Campus to hostel) lodging, boarding, certification & training.
Selected candidate can self-fund the training fee of Rs. 95,000/- or can avail loan facility.

Applicant required to successfully clear the interview round with ITM and MOHFL followed by selection process to get enrolled for the Diploma Program in Financial Services in Motilal Oswal Home Finance Ltd.
