Candidate must not have worked with ICICI Bank Ltd., any of the ICICI group companies or any third-party companies of ICICI Bank Ltd.

Fee-Payment.
Training fee is ₹ 49,560/- (with effect from 1 st Feb’24).
Training fee is to be paid via Eazy Pay, Google Pay, Phone Pe, PayTM to “ITM Edutech Training Pvt. Ltd.”.
ITM Skills Academy does not ask any amount in cash or transfer any money to anybody’s personal account for the purpose of selection or joining in ICICI Bank Ltd.
No money, in addition to the above-mentioned fee amount is to be paid to anyone for the purpose of this program or selection or training or for any other reason connected to the program.
In case any candidate is found having paid any extra amount for the program (apart from the fee of ₹ 49,560/- with effect from 1 st Feb’24), it will be considered unfair and unethical and there will be strict action taken.

Regular engagement with existing customers to service their banking needs during their different life stages.
To build a long-term customer relationship by offering a complete bouquet of products on Customer 360 opportunities and make ICICI their preferred Bank.
Knowledge of all service and digital options to ensure better customer satisfaction with zero errors.
Well equipped with Banking processes and compliance parameters to deliver superior customer experience in each interaction and avoid any reputation risk

Any candidate who has completed graduation (full-time) with minimum 50% marks throughout their education and age being less than 26yrs can apply for the program.
The 21 – day training is conducted virtually (online).
The training program is a combination of skill enhancement and domain expertise. Candidates are trained on products, processes and all-important functions related to their day-to-day work. The candidates are also trained on communication skills, sales management and banking basics.
The program is designed by ICICI Bank Ltd to provide complete knowledge and guidance to young trainees who aspire to build a career with the Bank. The program makes a trainee, job-ready.
After successful completion of the training, the candidates will be placed with ICICI Bank. The designation and job-roles may differ for different candidates as per the requirements of the Bank. The designation, location, department, nature of work and related perks will all be the sole prerogative of ICICI Bank. It is also important to note that sales will be an important function in almost all job-roles. The internal grade of these employees will be Senior Officer.
