Wealth Relationship Manager (Profile + Responsibilities)

Program Features


Designation : Wealth Relationship Manager
1 year Program (6 months classroom training + 6 months On the job training)
Stipend of Rs.5,000/ - for 6 months residential training.
Stipend of Rs.15,000/ - for 6 months On the Job training.
After successful completion of the training program, candidate will be absorbed by Edelweiss as investment advisor with a Fixed CTC of INR 4,00,000 + 25,000 (Assured Bonus) + Upto 300% Performance based incentives.

Job Description


Advising Affluent & HNI clients on their Investments across a gamut of wealth products and managing their overall financial portfolio. Deepening the wallet from existing clients
Manage client portfolios, keeping client plans up-to-date. Analyze client portfolios and make necessary suggestions. This includes comprehensive financial planning and asset allocation and accordingly advising clients on investment products and services across asset classes.
Seek to establish a level of trust and confidence with the client so that any financial need can be addressed, and solutions offered.
Procuring potential/target clients through networking, database, market analysis and references.
Achieving financial goals and maintaining organization brand value.
Ensure highest levels of customer service and experience to these HNI customers.
Interact with clients to update them on research calls and advising on asset allocation within their financial portfolio and guide them on their investments.

Compensation & Benefits


On successful completion of 6-month classroom residential training candidates will go under 6-month On the Job Training (OJT) with Edelweiss Finance Ltd.
Candidate will get stipend of Rs.5,000/- per month for 6 months during residential training.
During OJT candidate will get stipend of Rs.15,000/- per month for 6 months.
On Payroll of Edelweiss financial services
On successful completion of 1-year training program candidates will be absorbed by Edelweiss Finance Ltd. as discussed above at an annual Fixed CTC of 4,00,000 + 25,000 (Assured Bonus) + Upto 300% Performance based incentives.
*Assured Bonus is a one-time payout after completion of 12months, recoverable if resigned within 18 months of joining.
