Dewan Housing Finance in collaboration with ITM - Edutech Training Pvt. Ltd, offers a course in “Certification Program in Sales Management (CPSM).” The program has been designed to attract bright young graduates who want to build a career in retail banking sales. The course curriculum has been designed by DHFL to groom aspirants for taking over the front line sales function in housing loan. Selection Process is currently in progress.

Applicant required to successfully clear the screening round with ITM and DHFL HR followed by selection to get enrolled for the “Certification Program in Sales Management (CPSM)”.
Role & Responsibility

Generating Leads for home loans and other allied products. |
|
Initiating and consolidating the builder tie ups. |
|
Organizing the promotional activities at the branches. |
|
Assembling of marketing collaterals and monitoring the promotional activities. |
|
Assessing the credit worthiness of the customers ,based on the SOP. |
|
Undertaking Pre –disbursal formalities as per SOP. |

Preparation of docket |
|
Interact with the customer in order to determine the loan requirement, purpose of loan, income sources. |
|
Generate letter for the customer, collect property documents, and initiate technical and legal verification. |
|
To complete post sanction formalities related to checking of documents, execution of loan documents, collections of additional documents & PDC’s as per the guidelines and prepare the docket inclusive of all income/ property/ customer related documents. |
