21 day’s residential certification program, conducted at ITM Skills Academy.
Program Objective: This is a skill based Program designed to bridge the skill & supply gap by identifying, training and developing Client Relationship Partner.
The unique 21 days program ( 14 days classroom & 7 days field training ) has been designed to cover the broad objectives mentioned below:
- Induction into YES BANK and acculturation with YES BANK ethos and DNA.
- Skill development training program - blended curriculum with instructor led classroom training.
- Developing selling and presentation skills.
- Training on Banking Products.
- Training on processes and compliance.
- Training on internal guidelines, rules and regulations.
- Building confidence to communicate effectively with various stakeholders in a business environment.
- Training faculty - experienced professionals in the field of Financial Institutions and B2B sales.
- Overall grooming - sessions by experts.
On successful completion of the program, participants would be awarded “YES FORCE Certification Program”.
To present a blended curriculum with instructor led classroom training (with role play activities, videos and drill sessions for practice) as well as e-learning and simulators. There is an emphasis on overall grooming of the individual which would be facilitated through a learning environment that would be created through sessions delivered by experts from YES BANK.

Business Acquisition
- This is a target base sales job.
- Acquisition of Quality CASA (Current Account & Saving Account)
- Revenue Acquisition- Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold, Trade/FX, Assets products
- Maintaining good relationship with the customers
Quality Focus
- Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk parameters
- Comply with Bank’s policies and processes
- Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
- Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports

Self- Management Responsibilities
- Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
- Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training.
- Understands the competencies relevant to his/her role, and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively.
- Keeps abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional networks.
Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities
- Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager.
- Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.
Selection process
Applicant is required to successfully clear the interview round with ITM Edutech Training Pvt. Ltd. and YES BANK followed by selection process in order to get enrolled for the YES FORCE Certification Program.

Eligibility
If you meet the below mentioned criteria, you will be eligible for Selection Process.

- Graduates / Fresh Graduate, Experience up to 1 year
- Age should not be more than 26 years as on training start date.
- Fluent in communication and should have basic knowledge about MS-Office.
- Should score high in selling ability skills in the aptitude/ behavioral test chosen
Fee
The candidate has to pay a fee of Rs. 16,000/- inclusive GST to ITM Edutech Training Pvt. Ltd. before commencement of the training through EasyPay or DD. The course fee includes all expenses like lodging, boarding & training.
Placement @ YES BANK.
On successful completion of this 21 day’s residential certification program at ITM Campus (14 days classroom & 7 days field training) candidate will be absorbed by YES BANK. The fixed compensation will be Rs.2.25 lacs p.a. during the probation period and will be increased Rs.2.75 lacs p.a. on successful completion of probation period or six months (whichever is later).
